License This agreement allows a single user to use the enclosed single copy of the software on a single computer. You may not use the software on a network unless you purchase as many copies as there are users of the software on the network. You may not rent or lease the software, although you can sell or give your copy to someone else if you delete the software from your computer and if the person you transfer the software to agrees to the terms of this agreement. Warranty Corbis warrants the software to be free from defects in workmanship for ninety days from date of purchase. Upon receipt of the defective software and dated proof of payment of the license fee, Corbis will replace the software. This is Corbis' sole liability and your exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty. You may have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. The software is provided "as is," with no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Corbis be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the CORBIS software, whether advised of the possibility of those damages or not. In no case shall Corbis' liability exceed the price paid for this license.
